Preparing effort estimates together with the technical team. Preparing presentations and proposals, and participating in the defense of the commercial proposal. Contributing expertise on which functionality can be implemented using standard Creatio features, and where development or integration of the company's internal products is required.
    Requirements: Ability to quickly analyze client needs and form a relevant proposal based on Creatio and the company's products. Ability to present complex technical solutions clearly and in a structured manner to a business audience. Skills in preparing commercial and technical materials in collaboration with sales and delivery teams. Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and systematic approach. High level of communication skills — oral and written presentations, facilitation of meetings. Understanding of the limitations and capabilities of the low-code approach, ability to suggest alternative implementation options. Knowledge of key business processes in FMCG, agricultural sector, and banking: sales, marketing, service, logistics, procurement, request management. Understanding of typical analytics, KPIs, and roles in these industries.
    Experience: 1.5–4 years as Business Analyst / Presale Analyst / Solution Consultant Hands-on experience with CRM / ERP / business process automation projects Experience writing BRD, SRS, Scope documents Advantage: experience in FMCG or distribution
