It simplifies and makes your experience with Creatio more convenient as you don’t have to utilize other messengers in order to communicate. Using external applications is not necessary; if you want to text someone or ask work-related questions you don’t have to leave CRM, because now, all important functions are in one workspace.
Following that, we are working on adding more and more features of usual messengers! In the following releases, we are going to add a message status indicator (read/unread) and a whole lot more!
