Our first Creatio AI Agent is already live and actively supporting teams in their daily work.

The SalesUp Knowledge Base Agent is designed to simplify access to information and significantly improve the speed and quality of internal communication. It operates directly within the Creatio environment and works with the entire knowledge base to deliver accurate, relevant responses in real time.

At its current stage, the agent is able to:

1. understand the context of a user’s request;
2. analyze information across the full knowledge base;
3. instantly generate the most relevant and precise answers;
4. reduce time spent on searching for information and handling repeated inquiries;
5. make interactions faster, more intelligent, and more efficient.

The agent independently processes requests and responds in a way comparable to a human specialist, while delivering results much faster and with consistent accuracy.

The first version of the SalesUp Knowledge Base Agent for Creatio is fully operational and ready for use.
