Yesterday, November 21, we held a workshop where we discussed tools for automating communication. Here are the key insights:

🔹 Improved customer interaction - through an interactive ChatBot demonstration, participants saw how to quickly and effectively create customer profiles and maintain communication in Creatio.

🔹 Effective mass mailings - we demonstrated how to set up mass messaging through various communication channels and analyze their results, helping maintain constant contact with a large audience.

🔹 Automation triggers - we discussed the possibilities of launching automated messages based on customer actions or changes in business processes. This approach helps save time and improve the accuracy of communications.

🔹 Discussion of new features - we reviewed and demonstrated the functionality of our Widget Chat Channel and Viber Chat Channel, including their integration into Creatio and usage specifics.

It was an informative and interactive session, as we discussed cases, answered all questions from our viewers, and received excellent feedback about the workshop!
