Our R&D team has released several new updates for the Internal chats for Creatio product, version 2.0.0.
1. Personal chats
Now you have an opportunity to communicate both with users of the main system and portal users using personal chats.
2. Group chats
It works simply as a usual group chat in any messanger (e.g. Telegram, WhatsApp...) — add several participants and give them different roles with rules, such as Supervisor, Participant, Reader. Moreover, you can a general chat (just like a news channel) for all users.
3. Linking a chat to records of section
This will allow you to receive an access to a chat related to a specific system records (e.g. for sales or inquiries discussion). You are able to display the chat on the section record page and open it in the DCM panel as well.
4. Chats status management
Change the status of a chat from closed/archieved to reopened in a few clicks.
5. Displaying chats in the Timeline
