• Conduct outbound calls, send proposal emails, and follow up with potential leads.
• Enrich and manage data about potential leads in CRM systems.
• Collaborate closely with sales managers and the team.
• Identify potential clients on platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations for clients.

We need someone who has:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in lead generation.
• Proficiency in searching for clients on platforms such as Upwork, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Strong negotiation skills with an ability to find the right words.
• Desire to excel in the IT field and achieve new goals.
• Knowledge of key business processes in sectors such as trade, agriculture, or finance.
• Experience in collecting, analyzing, and documenting software requirements.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and their functionalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Ukrainian and Russian; English proficiency for technical documentation and correspondence.
• General understanding of the IT industry.
